Outlander refers to the Outlander app, website, and all associated brands owned by Familyfitt Ltd including but not limited to Outlander, LetsFitt, and FamilyFitt.

- Outlander does not reveal the Date of births of your children
- Outlander may sometimes aggregate {and anonymise} analytics to gain insights about parent behaviour

- Outlander does not share your date of birth if you choose to upload it, or the birth date of your children / child to other users {this is to work out which parents nearby have kids of a similar age, and parents within a certain age bracket}
- By deactivating your account, you will permanently delete all data, for which you, or LettsFitt, cannot gain access again
- Outlander does not sell your data to third parties.
- Outlander will not post Outlander activities to other social platforms
- Outlander obtains your location to show your approximate location to other members
- Outlander does not share your email address.

Our privacy policy explains how information is collected, used and disclosed by FamilyFitt Ltd with respect to your access and use of Outlander’s services, whether through our Outlander website situated at www.outlandergems.co.uk. Outlanders’s mobile application or in connection with social networking services referred to below as ‘Outlander'.
What Information will Outlander obtain?
Outlander obtains certain information provided by you to us when using Outlander , for example when you create an account and profile, you send us an email or post information or other content to Outlander . Outlander obtains certain personal information, like your picture, name, email address and phone number, also certain non-identifying information, like your gender, birthday and postcode.
Outlander also automatically collects certain information when you use Outlander , such as your operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring site and your activity on Outlander . GPS coordinates/ location {if you enable this feature}, MAC address, Protocol {IP}, Internet address {if using a browser}, a device identifier {but not the UDID}. You can disable or enable location services when you use Outlander , through your mobile device settings. This information is not treated as personal information unless Outlander combines it with or link it to any of the personally identifiable information mentioned in the above.
Outlander may use either persistent cookies and session cookies to increase understanding on how you interact with our services, also to monitor aggregate usage by our users and Outlander traffic routing on our services, and to improve Outlander services. Outlander may also automatically collect certain information through the use of ‘cookies’. These are small files that your browser places on your computer. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the Outlander site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies.

What Information does Outlander Share with Third Parties?
- Outlander will not share the personal information Outlander have collected from you, except as described below:

- with your friends on Outlander with whom you want to share your updates on Outlander , and according to the preferences set in your account,

Our privacy policy does not apply to such sites, and Outlander are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of those sites.
What Steps Does Outlander Take to Protect your online Information?
Outlander takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure, destruction and alteration. Please be aware, that despite Outlander’s efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any type of misuse or other interception.
Accessing and Modifying Your Information
If you have an account, you can access and modify the personal information you provided, that is associated with your account. If you wish to “opt out” of receiving promotional emails or marketing from Outlander please contact admin@LettsFitt.com. If you opt out of messages, you will continue to receive emails from us, about our services, your account, and other relevant information related to Outlander services. These communications are considered part of the service and your account, which you cannot opt-out from receiving.
If you are situated outside the UK and choose to provide information to us, Outlander may transfer your information to the United Kingdom and process it there {or any other country where Outlander operates}. By using Outlander, you consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage and disclosure of your information as described in this privacy policy.

Alterations:
Information collected is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. Outlander may, revise or modify its privacy policy from time-to-time. If Outlander makes any material changes to this policy, Outlander will notify you of such changes by posting them on Outlander or by sending you a notification or email and Outlander will indicate when such changes will become effective. By continuing to use or access after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
